Become an accredited Caring Dads Facilitator with Stopping Family Violence through WDCWA. This model is focused on the safety and well-being of some of our communities most vulnerable children, through working with fathers who have been abusive, neglectful or violent in their families. Caring Dads is a 17-week group intervention for men, that uses outreach and coordinated case management.
Learning Objectives:
- Introduce participants to the principles and values that guide the Caring Dads program.
- Gain interactive training on the program material
- Acquire and practice skills in key exercise of the program
